Hey, I’m SJ - your behind the scenes systems brain.I live in rural NSW, where the WiFi is patchy but the spreadsheets are immaculate.After years working as a Project Coordinator, I realised most work stress wasn’t about the work, it was about the messy systems behind it. You know the type: 37 email threads, folders inside folders, files saved as “FINAL-FINAL-v8editedACTUALfinal.”So, I leaned into my superpower: organising absolutely everything.Chaotic spreadsheets? My love language.
87 tabs open? I’ve seen worse.
That junk drawer you pretend doesn’t exist? Challenge accepted.

Who I am


Hey, I'm Sarah-J!
I live on a rural property in the Hunter Valley with my family, a stylish greyhound (pictured), two ponies and enough laundry to qualify as a part-time job.
I’ve worn a lot of hats: horse trainer, building & joinery designer, production manager, project coordinator - and through it all, one thing has been consistent: I love untangling chaos. Whether it's digital clutter or a kitchen cupboard, I can't help myself.Now, I help small biz owners and busy humans create calm, functional systems: from custom spreadsheets and branded templates to digital cleanups and life planners.I’ve studied sociology and creative writing (so I get both people and a good narrative), and once completed a 200-page condition report in a week, and enjoyed it. That probably tells you everything you need to know.
